Each Skin Health Membership has a minimum commitment of six active membership months, with four levels available to suit different concerns, treatment goals and budgets.

Eligible discounts and birthday benefits depend on your chosen membership. Discounts apply while the membership is active and payments are up to date, and are subject to the exclusions in the membership terms.
Selected benefits may include product and treatment discounts, AI skin analysis, personalised plans, birthday benefits and additional monthly sessions depending on membership level.

There is a £50 joining fee. All Skin Health Memberships have a minimum commitment of six paid and active membership months. The first monthly payment must clear before the first included treatment.
Members may freeze for up to three complete membership months in total during the initial term. A freeze request must be emailed at least 14 days before the next payment date. Frozen months do not count towards the six active months.
Unused treatments expire at the end of the applicable membership month and cannot be carried forward, accumulated, transferred, exchanged, converted into another service, redeemed for cash or refunded.
All treatment choices remain subject to consultation, clinical suitability, availability and practitioner approval. Inclusion in a membership does not guarantee every listed treatment will be suitable.
